I found this book to be extremely helpful in looking at change management from the perspective of "a new world, post 9/11". The book is easy to read, follow and apply. I especially liked the combination of data, facts and tables mixed in with real people reflecting on how 9/11 changed their work lives.
I do hope that in the future Dr Webber revisits these statistics and people to see what , if anything, has changed.
