While other books have served as an immediate substitute for Ambien, Matt Walker and company have managed to pull off the tremendous feat of making their subject -- dare I say it? -- FUN. I've not taken the exam yet, so I can't speak to the alignment with the content, but I feel confident that no other book could have prepared me as well.
